3594 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Biosecurity: In what circumstances would it be appropriate to charge for replying to Official Information Act requests made to their office, or agencies for which the Minister is responsible?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: Charging may be appropriate where a request requires considerable time or resources but it’s not something I have seen the need to consider based on requests received by my Office.
