3568 (2026). Ingrid Leary to the Minister of Internal Affairs: Further to Reply 435 (2026), on which month and year will Fire and Emergency New Zealand's new Operational Capability Model be implemented?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by Fire and Emergency that the development and implementation of the new Operational Capability Model is a substantial and complex body of work involving multiple projects across the organisation. Consequently, a specific month and year for implementation has not yet been confirmed
