Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister for Rural Communities: As of 21 March 2024, what reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes, or written advice, if any, has the Minister received regarding the impact that the Ministry for Primary Industries’ 9% cut to staff will have on the delivery of health services in rural communities, by title and date?

Hon Mark Patterson: The Hon Todd McClay, as the minister responsible for the Ministry for Primary Industries, has been leading the cost savings work with MPI. I have received regular oral updates on proposals.
