3559 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: Does the Minister stand by her statement, in relation to claims that the Ministry had missed their delivery date for new Maths resources, that "the PPTA had a meeting with my Ministry officials last week and were informed that the maths tool is out for use"?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that the Ministry of Education did not miss their delivery date for the new Maths resources. Prior to the release of the resources, schools were advised that the Maths digital learning platform would be available in Term 1, 2026. Schools were able to register for the platform on 23 January 2026, and those registered and enrolled had full access from 27 January 2026. Ministry officials confirmed with PPTA that the resources were live for students to use as soon as confirmation came through.
