3532 (2026). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister of Education: What work, if any, is underway to ensure that disabled and neurodivergent children have the same right to attend their local school as non-disabled children?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Education and Training Act 2020 already provides this protection and assurance under Section 34. Under Section 34 of The Education and Training Act 2020 - Students with special educational needs have the same rights to education at State schools or charter schools as others.
