Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: Which regulatory proposals in the Government's 100 day plan, if any, were not in accordance with New Zealand's international obligation under the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) to "provide interested persons and other Parties with a reasonable opportunity to comment," according to draft advice received from Treasury on 29 November, 2023?

Hon David Seymour: My officials have not raised with me legal risks in relation to New Zealand’s obligations under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) regarding particular 100 Day Plan regulatory proposals.
