Hon Paul Goldsmith: The intent of the meeting was an opportunity to establish a relationship with Pou Tikanga as the Lead Minister. Staff from my office and officials from the Ministry of Justice attended the meeting. No formal minutes were taken. The recorded action from this meeting was for a subsequent meeting to occur between myself and Professor Mutu prior to the NICF forum at Waitangi.
