3465 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Transport: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2023 calendar year?

Hon James Meager: I am advised that the Civil Aviation Authority received 7 Personal Grievances in 2023 all of which have been resolved. I am advised by Maritime NZ that there was one personal grievance case in the 2023 calendar year. This was resolved. I am advised that TAIC has not had any personal grievance cases in the 2023 calendar year.
