3459 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2023 calendar year?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that at the Public Service Commission, there were two personal grievance cases filed in the 2023 calendar year. Due to there only being two cases, further information is withheld on the ground of privacy.
