Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What advice, reports, briefings, memos or aide memoire, if any, has the Minister received outlining the expectation that a relatively small number of prisoners will attend offence-based programmes (in the short term) following the proposed amendment to the Corrections Amendment Bill?
