3451 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Universities: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2023 calendar year?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I refer the Member to the Minister of Education’s response to written parliamentary question 3239 (2025). I was advised that the Tertiary Education Commission has not had any personal grievance cases filed in the 2023 calendar year.
