3447 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2023 calendar year?

Hon Andrew Bayly: I am advised that 18 grievance cases were filed in 2023. Of those, six were settled, ten were resolved, one was referred to the Employment Relations Authority, and one remains active.
