3439 (2026). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Associate Minister of Education: Further to the Minister's answer to written question 265 (2026): on what dates were each of these determinations made?

Hon David Seymour: Further to the response to written question 265 (2026) I am advised. The Charter School Authorisation Board considered BEWT’s application to sponsor Auckland Sports College at its 12–13 November 2024 meeting and determined that the Trust would not be approved as a sponsor. The Charter School Authorisation Board considered BEWT’s application to sponsor Auckland Secondary College at its meeting on 12 August 2025 and determined that the Trust was not shortlisted and would not be approved as sponsor.
