Hon Rachel Brooking to the Associate Minister for the Environment: What did the Minister intend councils to do, if anything, in response to his suggestion that it would be "unwise to bother" imposing Significant Natural Areas under the National Policy Statement on Indigenous Biodiversity?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: It is for councils to determine how they deliver their statutory requirements.
