3423 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Statistics: How much, if any, have the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budgeted for the carbon neutral government programme for the 2026 calendar year?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that Stats NZ does not have any explicit budget for the carbon neutral government programme in 2025/26, other than $8,000 (exc. GST) for the independent audit of its emissions report as required under the programme.
