Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister of Health: What, if any, measures are in place to manage low-risk pregnancies at Whakatāne Hospital that unexpectedly become high-risk during labour, considering the hospital is now primarily focused on low-risk births, and what, if any, plans are being implemented to ensure that these individuals can be transferred safely to Tauranga Hospital?
