Hon Tama Potaka: As Associate Minister of Housing (Social Housing), Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that tenant complaints are recorded in individual tenancy records and a substantial amount of collation would be required to identify the complaints about youth or children. In accordance with Speaker’s rulings, I consider that the time and expense of answering the question is not in the public interest and cannot be justified.
