3410 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Associate Minister of Housing: Of the 335 serious complaints per month about Kāinga Ora tenants how many of these tenants, if any, had children?

Hon Tama Potaka: As Associate Minister of Housing (Social Housing), Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that over the last three months an average of 335 serious incidences of customer behaviour were reported each month, which related to around 245 tenancies. Approximately 45% of these tenancies are recorded as having a child/children under the age of 18 as known household occupants.
