Hon Judith Collins: As the Minister for Digitising Government, I am not aware of what data, if any, is shared across all of NZ government with US counterparts. Individual agencies are responsible for meeting the guidance and policy requirements of the NZISM and other requirements such as those set out in the overarching New Zealand government security Protective Security Requirements. All information sharing agreements must be in accordance with New Zealand law and human rights obligations.
