Hon Penny Simmonds: I have received two briefings from Whaikaha, Ministry of Disabled People that indicated that greater clarification needed to be provided on the use of flexible funding. (Briefing REP-WHK-24-02-018: Changes to Equipment and Modification Services and flexible funding to manage Whaikaha expenditure and Briefing REP-WHK-24-03-025: Update on progress on Whaikaha savings options).
