3350 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budget for the carbon neutral government programme in the 2025 calendar year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police has budgeted funding of approximately $82,100 for Carbon Neutral Government Programme activities in the 2025 calendar year. As Police operates on a 1 July to 30 June financial year, this period spans both the 2024/25 and 2025/26 financial years. In regard to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), The SFO budgeted $22,500 for the carbon neutral government programme in 2024/25 and has forecasted $22,500 for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in 2025/26. Final costs have not yet been confirmed. Note that these figures are provided against financial rather than calendar year.
