3345 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend on the carbon neutral government programme in the 2025 calendar year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police spent $40,210 on the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the 2025 calendar year. As Police operates on a 1 July–30 June financial year, this period spans both FY24/25 and FY25/26. In regard to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), The SFO budgeted $22,500 for the carbon neutral government programme in 2024/25 and has forecasted $22,500 for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in 2025/26. Final costs have not yet been confirmed. Note that these figures are provided against financial rather than calendar year.
