3332 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budget for the carbon neutral government programme in the 2025 calendar year?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice did not budget for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme (CNGP) as a separate line item in its budget, as it has been in previous years. The budget for the CNGP is therefore unable to be provided. The Ministry does not budget on a calendar-year basis.
