3313 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister responsible for the GCSB: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend on the carbon neutral government programme in the 2025 calendar year?

Hon Judith Collins: It is not in the public interest for me to provide this level of financial detail for an intelligence and security agency. However, some unclassified information about the agency’s Carbon Neutral Government Programme can be found online in its Annual Reports.
