3308 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Finance: How much, if any, have the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budgeted for the carbon neutral government programme for the 2026 calendar year?

Hon Nicola Willis: For the Treasury, I refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 3307 (2026). I am advised the RBNZ has no specific budget set aside for the carbon neutral government programme for the 2026 calendar year. The work the RBNZ does to measure, monitor and audit their operational emissions has long been a business-as-usual process and meets what is required of them under the Carbon Neutral Government Programme (CNGP). The Natural Hazards Commission has budgeted to spend $14,744.95 on the carbon neutral government programme in the 2026 calendar year.
