3293 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Corrections: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budget for the carbon neutral government programme in the 2025 calendar year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the budget for direct operational costs associated with the Carbon Neutral Government Programme was $0.02 million for the 2025 calendar year. This excludes staff costs relating to Corrections’ overall sustainability work. The capital budget in relation to the electric vehicle and boiler replacement programme was $10.62 million for the 2025 calendar year.
