3290 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Corrections: How much, if any, have the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budgeted for the carbon neutral government programme for the 2026 calendar year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the budget for direct operational costs associated with the Carbon Neutral Government Programme is $0.02 million for the 2026 calendar year. This excludes staff costs relating to Corrections’ overall sustainability work. I am further advised that the capital budget in relation to the electric vehicle and boiler replacement programme is $12.35 million for the 2026 calendar year.
