3225 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Customs: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2023 calendar year?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that in the 2023 calendar year, four personal grievance cases were filed within the New Zealand Customs Service. All four of those personal grievance cases have been resolved. This response is inclusive of the staff of the Border Executive Board Secretariat as these staff are considered employees of the New Zealand Customs Service.
