3219 (2026). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many cases have been successfully prosecuted for recklessness under s 47 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand has not taken any prosecutions for recklessness under section 47 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 that have resulted in conviction.
