3215 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Corrections: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2023 calendar year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: My officials have advised me that there were 43 personal grievances raised at Corrections in the 2023 calendar year. I have also been advised that Corrections does not have a database for what is considered a success rate in relation to personal grievances, and therefore I cannot answer this part of the question.
