Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What reporting, if any, will the Minister require from WorkSafe on the number, type, and outcomes of: a. prosecutions, b. formal warnings, and c. pre‑charge enforceable undertakings, each year following the implementation of the updated policies?

Hon Brooke van Velden: WorkSafe provides me with regular weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on all areas of their performance, including operational reporting on enforcement activity.
