Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I received the following documents between 11 to 15 March 2024 from my officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC): • March 15 remembrance events in Christchurch, dated 12 March 2024 • Foreign honour for New Zealand citizen (1), 13 March 2024 • Foreign honour for New Zealand citizens (2), 13 March 2024 • Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet: 2022/23 Annual Review responses to the post-hearing questions, 13 March 2024 • Prime Minister’s Weekly Brief, 14 March 2024 • Grant of the title “the Honourable” to a retiring member of the judiciary, 14 March 2024 • Delegations to Associate Minister for Social Development and Employment, 15 March 2024 • Cabinet and Committee processes, 15 March 2024 • Appointments of Public Service Chief Executives under the Public Service Act, 15 March 2024. I also received four documents on 12 March 2024 and two documents on 15 March 2024. It is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. I have received briefings from the Policy Advisory Group (a business unit of DPMC) during the requested timeframe, however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
