Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What assessment, if any, has the Minister received on whether WorkSafe has sufficient staffing and resources to implement the updated enforcement policies while maintaining effective investigation and inspection activity?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that the changes to the enforcement policies do not affect WorkSafe New Zealand's inspection and investigation staffing and resourcing needs.
