3199 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Education: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open on the week beginning 27 January 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and how many roles were affected?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that a consultation for change commenced with the Infrastructure and Digital | Te Pou Hanganga, Matihiko group on 29 January 2025. The consultation proposed a minor impact to four roles, and proposed affecting one role with the proposed disestablishment of a senior position. The consultation period closed on 4 February 2025. The Education Review Office and the New Zealand Qualifications Authority had no consultations with employees on the week beginning 27 January 2025. This is also my response to WPQ 3200 (2025).
