Camilla Belich to the Minister of Transport: What categories of sexual harassment allegations have been recorded in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, broken down by type of allegation, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by the Ministry of Transport that there were no cases of sexual harassment recorded in relation to staff for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio. I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 2464 (2026) in regard to NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi and the Ministry’s record retention period.
