3140 (2024). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister for Disability Issues: How many carers are there across New Zealand and how many carers receive carer support through Whaikaha?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that as at 1 February 2024, there were 26,158 people with an active Carer Support allocation from Whaikaha.
