3137 (2024). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister for Disability Issues: What conversations, if any, has the Minister had with the Finance Minister about increasing Whaikaha's budget to deal with the increasing pressure across the disability support system?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I have had a discussion with the Minister of Finance about providing additional funding to prevent Whaikaha going unappropriated - this has since been approved by cabinet.
