3132 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister for Children: How many, if any, Official Information Act request responses by Oranga Tamariki have been sent after the finalised due date?

Hon Karen Chhour: The Public Service Commission publishes Official Information Act request statistics covering government agencies that are subject to the Act every six months. The latest statistics for 1 January to 30 June 2024 can be found on their website. I am advised that statistics for 1 July to 31 December 2024 statistics are due to be published on 13 March 2024.
