3098 (2025). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: How does Immigration NZ determine if a visa applicant has been involved in a group that has committed war crimes, crimes against humanity, or gross human rights abuses, if at all?
Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that the parameters for determining whether an individual has been involved in a group that has committed war crimes, crimes against humanity, or gross human rights abuses are laid out in immigration instruction A5.30 and other relevant information may be considered.
