3057 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Who are the ultimate beneficial owners of Spring Sheep Dairy NZ Limited Partnership, other than the Crown?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Pāmu advises that Landcorp Pastoral Limited and SLC Ventures LP are the limited partners of Spring Sheep Dairy NZ Limited Partnership, each having a 50% interest in it. Landcorp Pastoral Limited is 100% owned by Pāmu. Unlike a company, where details are publicly available via the Companies Office, the identities of the limited partners of a limited partnership are not publicly available. Therefore I do not know who the ultimate beneficial owners of SLC Ventures LP are.
