3055 (2024). Lan Pham to the Associate Minister for the Environment: Has the Minister written to councils advising that requirements to implement Significant Natural Area's have been suspended; if not, why not?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: No. I am currently considering how best to communicate with councils that there has been no change to the current rules, and the Government intends to make the announced changes as quickly as possible.
