3047 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Has the Minister had any debriefs about any Te Whatu Ora IT outages this year and if so, what incidents was he debriefed on and on what dates?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised about major IT outage incidents as they occur, which is Heath New Zealand's standard protocol. I have not received such advice on major IT outage incidents so far this year, as reviews are still underway.
