3025 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What is the definition, if any, for a person having met the First Specialist Assessment target of ‘95 per cent of patients to wait less than four months for an FSA’?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: While historic definitions exist for measuring this, the Ministry of Health and Health New Zealand are currently reconfirming the definition to be used from 1 July 2024 for the purpose of health targets reporting.
