Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What technical guidance, if any, on how to measure the First Specialist Assessment statistic ‘Proportion of people waiting longer than four months for their first specialist assessment’ is available for those working with the data in districts?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised the file specification National Booking Reporting System Monthly Outpatient Returns Guide June 2019 v8 issued by the Ministry of Health is used by districts to submit results according to national standards.
