3020 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What performance measure, if any, will be used to measure success of the '95 per cent of patients to wait less than four months for elective treatment' health target, and when, if at all, will the target first be reported on?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: The performance measure is defined in the target, namely that 95% of patients wait less than 4 months for elective treatment. My intention is to have results reported quarterly once they are finalised, commencing with the first quarter of the 2024/25 financial year.
