Darleen Tana to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries: What reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has he received of an analysis of industry efforts to regenerate or contribute to regeneration of marine ecosystem (which does not include cost of installing cameras on boats), listed by date and title?

Hon Shane Jones: I receive advice on a range of activities relevant to regenerating marine ecosystems, including targeted removal of kina from kina barrens, which was covered in a briefing paper titled Measures to address kina barrens that I received from Fisheries New Zealand on 21 December 2023.
