Camilla Belich to the Minister for Land Information: What categories of sexual harassment allegations have been recorded in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, broken down by type of allegation, if any?

Hon Chris Penk: No sexual harassment allegations have been recorded during the period 2017 to 2026 (YTD). LINZ did not collect or report this information in the format requested for the years 2015 and 2016.
