Camilla Belich to the Minister for Land Information: How many individuals were dismissed, required to resign, or had their engagement terminated following findings of sexual harassment in each calendar year since 2015 in relation to any staff, employees, secondees, contractors, or office holders for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio, if any?

Hon Chris Penk: No individuals were dismissed, required to resign, or had their engagement terminated following findings of sexual harassment during the period 2017 to 2026 (YTD). LINZ did not collect or report this information in the format requested for the years 2015 and 2016.
