2976 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: What are the title and date of any documents that record her instruction for Pacific labour-sending governments to be notified of the policy changes in advance of their announcement in August 2024?

Hon Erica Stanford: As noted in the House on 30 January, this matter was covered in discussions about the RSE changes with officials prior to the announcement in August 2024. As the Member is aware, it is standard practice for Ministers to provide guidance, feedback, instructions or direction to officials during meetings. There is no specific document.
