2962 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister for Rail: Has KiwiRail received any complaints about line access from Dunedin Railways or Cruise ship companies?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: As access decisions sit between network users like Dunedin Railways and KiwiRail as the network owner, and are an operational matter, this question should be directed to KiwiRail. Network access is not a matter for Ministers to determine or resolve.
